How do I book a service?+

Open the PreBookmt app, browse Explore, tap any business, choose a service and date, then pick a time slot. Most bookings confirm instantly.

Can I cancel or reschedule?+

Yes — open the app, go to Bookings, and tap the booking. Cancellation fees may apply per business policy.

How do loyalty points work?+

You earn 1 point per €1 spent at every business. Each business sets its own redemption value — see the Loyalty screen in the app for your balance.

I'm a business owner — how do I list my business?+

Download the app, sign up as a Business Owner, and complete the 4-step onboarding. First 2 months are free.

How do I update my payment method?+

In the PreBookmt app, go to Billing and tap Manage card. You'll be taken to Stripe's secure portal.

How do I delete my account?+

In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your data within 30 days.

Is my data safe?+

Yes — we never sell your data. We use EU-based hosting (Supabase Frankfurt) and comply with GDPR and the Maltese Data Protection Act.
